By submitting your job request through MoveMy.UK, your details are shared with a network of transporters who may provide you with a quotation.
3. Quotes and Pricing
- We aim to secure the best possible quotes for our customers by distributing job requests to over 500 verified transport professionals.
- While we cannot guarantee that every customer will receive a quotation, we are confident that the size of our network makes it highly likely that you will.
- Our service fee is £9.99 per job request, which represents excellent value given the number of transporters able to review and respond to your request.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- We strongly recommend that customers use a secondary or dedicated email address when submitting requests. This helps protect your primary inbox, maintain privacy, and simplify communications.
- Customers are responsible for checking the credentials of any transporter providing a quotation. We advise choosing companies with a strong online presence, positive reviews, and verifiable details.
- Customers enter into contracts directly with the transport companies. MoveMy.UK takes no responsibility for disputes, delays, damages, or other issues that may arise during the transport process.
5. Data Protection
- Personal details submitted to MoveMy.UK are used solely for the purpose of connecting you with relevant transport providers.
- All customer details are deleted within 48 hours after a job lead is no longer live.
6. Liability
- MoveMy.UK acts only as a facilitator. We do not provide transport services and are not liable for the actions or omissions of transport providers.
- Customers accept full responsibility for verifying the legitimacy and suitability of any transporter with whom they choose to contract.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
